Eastern Plague lands (53-60): Follow the road leading you east through Western Plague lands. Right as you enter eastern plague lands, go north along the river.

There is a small farm with Requiem gold a quest giver, and a tunnel leading directly to the scourge town Plague wood. (In the tunnel is another NPC who offers you a quest that, as reward, lets you buy a box with a random item inside, for far too much gold)

Light Hope’s Chapel can be found in the east of the zone, and is home to many quests giving NPC’s. Argent Dawn faction can be gained through doing these quests, which is valuable if you’re after the rewards this can get you.

Felwood (47-57): You can get to Felwood by following the road leading north in the center of Ashen vale.

In the south of the zone, near the entry, you’ll find a small outpost along the road with some neutral quest givers. A bit further along the road, a little to the west of the road there is another quest giver wandering about.

The quest this tauren gives will reward you with consumable items, and requires you to be in Felwood for an extended period to be worthwhile. I suggest you don’t go out of you way to do it and save yourself some time.
