Glaring light: Could affect 6 targets at lvl 4 and 8 targets at lvl 5. Or 8 targets at lvl 4.

Holy light and lightning restraint:
- Range: 20 m.
- Number of targets: 6 at lvl 2 and 8 targets at lvl 3. Or 8 targets since the beginning, pretty much like every other class.

With those changes tempests wouldn't have to solo until their grandchildren grow up so they can take the char and keep soloing.
At least we would be invited to a party every now and then, instead of thinking how it would be if ppl invite u to play.  <-- See how sad that sounds?

This is just my opinion, of course. I just hope somebody reads this.
