Reporting other users, a question.

If an annoying high level is following you around, trying to force duel you, and then stalking you, so that every time you start fighting a monster they attack it and get the items/exp, is that reportable?

Its happened a few times with me, usually around times I'm about to log off anyway, so I just leave, but I'm getting a couple people who are annoyingly doing this, likes its allowed.

So, just curious. Whats worse is I can't ask half the people to stop, because they don't even speak english.
