How to have more Lant than you need

I see so many players that have little or no money. My alt char is only lvl 25 and I already have 38k of Lant. I was doing the Rex quest on my main character and the guy doing it with me only had 17k at level 30. I noticed that he was not picking up the items that were dropped.

I thought I would let people know what I do to earn Lant and end up with more than I need:

Pick up everything and I mean EVERYTHING, I don't care if I have 38k+ of Lant and the item is only worth 15 Lant, I pick it up. You will be surprised how fast all those little amounts add up.

Look through the items you pick up, if it is better than what you are wearing/using, swap to it.

Don't buy new weapons or items, rely on the dropped items until around level 25.

Don't reinforce or compound your items until at least level 25 (some suggest level 40 but I like a glowy weapon) , you level so fast and change items so quickly that it is not worth the Lant.

Buy and do the scroll quests, you will be killing the same mobs for the normal quests, might as well get a bonus of Lant and XP while you are doing it.

Sort your bags into normal items and items that are bound to characters when equipped (Their names start with "Reinforced XXX"). I use bag 3 for items that I intend to sell at the Auction House and bag 4 for consumable items like Vital Water etc. Unless I am doing a bunch of quests and have not returned to town for quite some time I never fill the first 2 bags.

Put up for auction the items that get bound, they give better stats and sell easier. I just accept the defaults the auctioneer suggests, I sell almost everything and have enough Lant. I figure someone else can do with a decent item at a good price. I don't get greedy.

Sell everything else to an NPC, doesn't matter which one they all give the same price. I keep and bank the re-inforcement Xeons, I sell the compound Xeons to the NPC. I tried selling the compound Xeons at auction they did not sell, maybe it was the type, maybe it was timing, dunno, don't care, I now sell them to the NPC.

When you sit down you recover HP and MP, use it ALOT, only use pots when you are desperate and will die if you don't.

Around level 20 when you are starting to get some money behind you start reducing some of your items into Simple Basic Xeons.

Once you have 2 stacks of 99 Simple Basic Xeons start selling them at auction. I sell them in lots of 5 and 10 at 500 and 1,000 Lant respectively, put as the minimum bid half of those prices. I do 60 at a time, 4 stacks of 5 and 4 stacks of 10.

When you do the Business partners (4) quest as a reward take the Physical Attack % Xeon, sell it on the AH for at least 100k and a max bid of 200k, mine sold for 200k before I left the town.

Do not under any circumstances beg for Lant, earn it you lazy turd. I suspect those beggers to have purchased a power level and the gold company strips the character before handing it back.
