Bound to dungeon when I disconnected

This sucks...I got bound to the dungeon when I disconnected b4 he died..
so when I relog I couldn't even go in to loot, when I tanked DC for a good portion died a bunch of times... to have my dreams and hopes of getting a lv 70 rare helm for my char crushed..
pretty BS if u ask me..and this happened to me b4 as well..I d/c from RuinHorn in the middle of the raid, logged back later that day tried to run it again just to find out I was bound..

THis new system or glitch or w/e is pretty F-ing stupid
I hope the support staff give me my lv 70 helm that I deserve, by allowing my guildy to trade it with me.
